Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and never exposed in logs or error messages.
StoreSync integrates with Shopify and Etsy via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers).
We retain your data for as long as your StoreSync account is active. When you uninstall the app, we delete your store data within 30 days. Sync logs may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, contact us at privacy@storesyncapp.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The StoreSync app itself does not use tracking cookies. This website (storesyncapp.com) may use minimal functional cookies to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
